All Ned's friends and family are invited to the Clearlake Splash-in being held on Friday, September 19th.
Ned attended last year and was planning on going this year too. There will be many people who knew him there and shared his enthusiasm for seaplanes. There will be a memorial for Ned on Friday, September 19th at 6pm at the Natural High School field followed by a concert and a dinner.
